Site blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this new document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling various sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
More images released as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
